In particular, actions focus on the main benefit of generating a substantial increase in the real-estate value of buildings through significant energy and architectural transformation.

The focus of this ABRACADABRA International Workshop is to explore potential financing options open to building owners, landlords, property managers and wider built environment professionsals that can deliver deep building retrofits with multiple financial and societal benefit. The Workshop will also explore the potential advantages of ADORES where an expansion in volume can increase property income and its associated asset value and deliver greater returns for investors.
Further to the above the ABRA team will present the proposed tool kit methodology for discussion and use this event to discuss and agree policy recommendations for the programmes.
